Return Policy
At IcehockeyXchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that purchasing equipment on-line can sometimes be more “at-risk” since different brands have a tendency to vary in sizes for the same types of articles. So, in order to help compensate for this IcehockeyXchange offers a friendly return policy. Since we sell both new and used equipment, our policies differ for each.
New Item Returns
All equipment purchased as new, excluding replacement blades, mouth guards, jocks, jills, undergarments, and any special ordered item, can be returned to IcehockeyXchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in “as-new” and re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, IcehockeyXchange cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used unless the item is defective due to a manufacturing related issue. Under these conditions, the equipment must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase in its original packaging or returned directly to the manufacturer utilizing their warranty policies.
If the returned item does not meet the requirements for return of a new item, IcehockeyXchange can repurchase the item at a reduced cost as described in the Used Item Returns policy description.
Used Item Returns
All equipment purchased as used cannot be returned for a full refund. All used items returned to IcehockeyXchange may be repurchased from the buyer by IcehockeyXchange for a fee established by the personnel of IcehockeyXchange. Credit, in the amount of the fee established by the personnel of IcehockeyXchange, can be provided to the buyer in exchange for the returned item, and used towards the purchase of other items as credit within our store.
At IcehockeyXchange, we never require restocking fees for any items returned. Please be sure and include the original purchase receipt for proof of date and purchase price when returning an item. IcehockeyXchange will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs on your returns unless the error was ours. Exchanges on new products can be made, but the buyer will be responsible for the new shipping costs. If any shipments are refused by the buyer, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment. If the buyer would like expedited shipping options through Fedex, UPS, or any other preferred delivery system, please contact IcehockeyXchange directly to coordinate your shipping preference.
Shipping Policies
IcehockeyXchange utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its primary shipping resource. We can also utilize Fedex, UPS, or any other shipping company if you would prefer. If you choose this option, please contact IcehockeyXchange at 602-315-4344 to discuss methods and additional costs.
All ground shipments within the continental US will be shipped through the USPS Parcel Post option unless another method has been chosen by the customer or a special shipping offer has been utilized. The estimated fees for shipments are noted in the table below. Please note that postage fees are always subject to change at any time and the fees listed below may not necessarily be the current shipping rates. We attempt to keep our fees updated at all times, however, the buyer will ultimately be responsible for the actual shipping costs at the time of purchase. Oversized items such as hockey sticks, goals, and goalie pads will be charged based on the “dimensional weight” of the order. Some items are charged by the USPS based on the space the items occupy in their delivery vehicles. The postage for these items will be calculated at the time of purchase.

International orders must be verified with the bank prior to shipment. Please allow up to 5 business days for verification. Any requested wire transfers can be accommodated but will be made at the cost of the buyer. All transfer fees will be charged to your original form of payment once verifications have been obtained.

The buyer will be required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
